A dentista Jamilly Flexa foi alvo de mais uma denúncia de negligência nesta segunda-feira, 19, após quase um mês das acusações do empresário Benedito Antônio Nascimento, que afirmou ser ela a principal responsável pela morte do marido, Luiz Carlos das Dores, de 56 anos. Luiz teria contraído uma infecção generalizada depois de realizar procedimento estético para colocação de facetas dentárias. O caso é investigado pela Polícia Civil (PC).
Desta vez, a profissional e um funcionário estão sendo acusados de negligência e estelionato por parte da professora Marcela de Souza Negreiros, de 41 anos, que afirma ter pago R$ 40 mil à dentista para realizar procedimentos nos dentes, inclusive a implantação de facetas, o mesmo que custou a vida de Luiz Carlos.
Marcela, que mora em Goianira, diz que abriu processo contra Jamilly e o dentista que a auxilia, sendo que comparecerá à delegacia na tarde desta segunda, 19, para prestar depoimento contra os dois. Ela afirma que após a mini cirurgia de gengivoplastia e enxerto ósseo, começou a sentir muitas dores, visto que os procedimentos foram realizados nos lugares errados. O trabalho, conforme a professora, foi realizado em abril deste ano.
